Green onion dip
Seat of my pants recipe, but it turned out really well, so here it is:
Green Onion Dip
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 oz. yogurt (I used whole-milk homemade)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (we like Papi's)
big pinch black pepper
teaspoon dried parsley (or use fresh)
3 green onions, finely chopped (green and white parts)
pinch cayenne
Mix all together, cover, and let it sit in the fridge at least 20
minutes for flavors to meld.
