Grapefruit and a Muffin...
Grapefruit my ass. And muffins are for the birds.
I only get a chance to cook on weekends, so I'm going to do it
right.
Symetrical ribeyes, I chose the one on the right:

(USDA Prime, breakfast cut 1/2lb 2/3" thick @ $6.99/lb)
With sunny-side up eggs and jalapeno cheese toast:

So what's with the Prime? My sons went to Costco last week and got some
beautiful USDA Prime steaks for US$8.99 a pound. My oldest son
theorized that the restaurants just aren't selling as much as they
usually do, so it's going to retail. Our local Costco very seldom has
Prime, but my son said they had tons, in several cuts. They also had
USDA Choice, but it wasn't that much cheaper.

Same here for the SLO Store - The Boneless Rib Steaks are the same $8.99 and
a package of 3 runs about 30 to 40.
Good looking stuff nicely marbled.

It's been really cheap at the regular grocery stores for the past
9-12 months or so, before the current economy slump. So I don't
know. The restaurant theory has merit, but that would be a recent
development.
CostCo Here has always had Prime for $9-$10.
