    Default Friday morning breakfast

This was my irst breakfast in a lot of time. I woke up earlier and thus
guessed what to do in the incoming spare half-hour, and the answer was
    "breakfast".
I thawed 2 bread rolls in the oven, put one apart and cut one open and put
some sliced brie cheese to cover both the halves, then put it back in the
oven, under the broiler. When the cheese started to melt I added prosciutto
cotto, it was cold so the bread got back in the oven to warm it up. Removed
from the oven, I re-united the two halves in a nice sandwich. A sandwich I
love, also with speck or ham in place of the cotto.
After that I noticed that lil' jar of nutella sitting in a windowed pantry,
took it out, cut open the other bread roll, spred a lot of nutella and
wolfed all down with a big smile.
Something tells me I'm not having lunch today,

You did a fine job; both starting the thread and having a good breakfast.

Mine was pretty much of a kind with what I have most days. EggBeaters
omelet filled with bacon crumbles and cheese; small, sliced banana and a 1/2
cup portion of home-made "granola" of toasted rye, oats, barley, walnuts and
sorghum molasses, with a splash of milk. Coffee as always.

Now, I must dash out into a raging thunderstorm to make my way to the gym
and work off some of my breakfast.

Excellent job as stand-in for Andy today 8-)
