    French Dipped French Toast Breakfast

A small saucepan of French onion soup with a serving of deli roast beef,
    stirring to a low simmer.

Two Egg Beater French Toasted whole wheat bread.

Open-faced French toasts, a slice of American cheese each, half the roast
beef on each, lightly spattered with Dijon mustard, a few shakes of cayenne
each and drowned with the French onion soup "au jus."

Washed down with a tall glass of ice-cold water.

    This is André.

    Bon Appetit!

I guess that would be like a savory, not sweet, version of a Monte Christo.

I love French onion soup, and jus. But I have to watch the MSG/autolyzed
    yeast extract.

    Christopher,

It is a poor-man's cheap-o clone if the Philippe's (inventor of the French
    dipped beef sandwich.).

Didn't resemble one in the least! LOL! I've made more reliable clones in
the past, just not for breakfast.

    Read all about it: http://www.philippes.com/
    Or not.

    Best,

    Andy

French rolls are great. So crusty.

I like to put chili or a meatball in a small roll.

It's like a little package, almost like a little pocket pie.
