Default Football Sunday Eats...!!!

St. Louis Rams vs. Chicago Bears @ Chicago - starting at noon (US Central
Time)...

Le Menu:

Ho' - made Five - Minute Artisan Bread (with some rye in it) with Cheddar -
Broccoli dip...

Veg Pizza with 'shrooms, black olives, eggplant, caramelized onion, and
red/yellow/orange bell peppers...

Pulled Pork Sandwiches "Carolina - Style", with a vinegar - ey sauce (done
in the crockpot)...

Mayo Tater Salad...

Cole Slaw...

["No room for dessert"]

As "lagniappe" this is a "Musgovian" spread, I had everything I needed
already as I'd stocked up on vittles during the recent Thanksgiving grocery
sales...

And actually, I'm not the least bit interested in watching a bunch of
steroidal morons chasing around some silly ball but it SURE is fun to cook
for these games, especially since winter has now descended upon us...

Greg,

Ya BUM!!!

Beat me to breakfast.

Nice menu, I'll admit!

Go Eagles (Seagulls, in some circles) over Falcons. I'll take the O/U
Under (44) bet.

Best,

Andy
