Holy cow! I saw an image of Salmon sausage at the same price on a FB
group I subscribe to and thought that was expensive. No idea what a
Hog Snapper is but it better be good! Wiki says: The hogfish is
currently listed as "Vulnerable" with the World Conservation Union
(IUCN). It's not even listed by Monterey Bay Seafood watch.
