    Default Finally found black seedless grapes.

    Finally found black seedless grapes.

    At the produce market they had black grapes. I tried one. It wasn't as
    sweet as I'd heard. It also wasn't very juicy, almost grainy. They must
    have been there a little too long and the two boxes had been picked over
    pretty well. The green and red grapes boxes outnumbered the black grapes by
    about 5:1 each.

    Bought a bag of red seedless instead.

    Try to choose grape bunches with the greenest/plumpest possible stems.
    That's the best indicator of relative freshness in the supermarket. It's
    not a guarantee of sweetness, though.
