Had this sent to me in 1994 when we were members of a Prodigy
listserve, would this be what you're looking for?

Pollo At Home (El Pollo Loco) Marinated Chicken
Recipe By :
Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Bbq/grill Chicken
Main Dish
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/4 c Corn oil
1/4 c Melted butter
1/2 t Onion powder
1/2 t Garlic powder
1 t Annatto powder or a few
-drops yellow food
Color (powder found at
-Mexican markets)
1/4 t Ground cumin
2 t Lemon juice
3 lb Chicken pieces
Combine all except chicken in a shallow pan. Add chicken, turning
to coat. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight. Remove
chicken from marinade, cook over medium coals on BBQ grill or 4" from
source of heat under broiler, until browned on both sides and done,
turning and basting frequently, about 30-45 minutes. Serves: 4 From:

Something is missing from that recipe because the chicken is spicy.
Likely there is some hot pepper in the recipe.

Agree on the spicy lack, and the nutritional information is totally hosed.
50g of Carbs from nothing that has a carb content? And over 3000 Calories
per 3 pounds of chicken? Good Grief, Charlie Brown!!
