Eight days ago
Eight days ago I went back to low carbing. I had hit 200 #. One
bright spot is that I have rediscovered my adoration for green beans,
cooked a long time, and seasoned with bacon and S&P. We had roast
chicken tonight with boatloads of green beans. Even my 9 YO son loved
the meal.
The nightcap is vodka with a little fresh squeezed lime juice, Splenda
and water.

Good luck Bryan. Stick with it and you'll have great results as you know.

Splenda? You're putting ant killer in your drink?

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

You don't want ants in your drink, do you?

I do know. I didn't get fat again because of lack of exercise, but
because I love food.

Ants need calories. I don't. I need to be burning off accumulated
abdominal fat. I have been too high protein the past several days,
but only relatively. Tomorrow I start seriously going at the
sunflower seeds.

My starting weight was something like 8, according to my now-deceased
mama.

If the state of Mississippi passes their crazy Amendment 26, starting
weights will be measured in nanograms.

If you put them in a blender and then strain your drink through a fine sieve
you'll never know the difference.

I would happily grant belated secession to Mississippi, as long as they
build a wall.

I love green beans this way, but I add some onions to the bacon bits when I
slowly cook them up, then add the beans. Frozen GBs work well for this,
using a bit of water with a bit of salt or stock to deglaze the bacon and
onions before adding beans, just enough liquid to cover, then simmer for a
while. I like these beans cooked to where they are fairly tender, rather
than al dente.

Re: Eight days ago
Actually, that's what does shrink asses. Obviously you need to eat a lot of
bacon since you are totally ass.

Thats urban legend and internet scare tactic hysteria.
The false complaint is that sugar compounds are processed with chlorine in
the process of making the stuff. We all know chlorine is deadly poison,
right?
Beware the dread sodium chloride!
