I haven't had breakfast, yet, but I'm craving a salad and I don't have
anything to make one with. I do have fish in the freezer as well as some
broccoli spears, but I'm not in the mood. What to do, what to do......

Heh. Heard a lot about "Egg Beaters" (but haven't bothered to see if
they're available here)... how do they taste/compare to fresh eggs in an
omelette?

I had some cheddar cheese on a buttered bread roll and a cup of tea
for my brunch - I can't eat that early...
