"Do you have access to the internet?"
I'm taking this Arbitron Survey on-line, via the link they have on the
mailer they sent to me. And #7 Question is: Do you have access to the
Internet?
At least I'm getting paid (They sent $2 US dollars. And say they will send
another $5 if you do the survey.) It's not a very long survey, only 14
questions.

And it came to pass that Somebody delivered the following message unto the
people, saying~

Ach, Arbitron. I did that a number of years ago. I told them straight out
when they called that I very rarely listened to the radio, excepting
occasional DX work or KIG98 (the local NOAA station, which doesn't fall
under their jurisdiction) and that I was primarily a CD listener (still
am) so they shouldn't expect much from me and it'd just be a waste of
paper and stamps. They insisted on getting me to do it anyways.
They sure sounded surprised when they called me back enquiring as to why I
sent them back a blank journal. My matter-of-fact response was, "well, I
tried to tell you people about my situation, but you just didn't seem to
get it."
