I have a pork tenderloin to grill and I'm thinking of making some
kind of basting sauce with spiced-up apricot jam.

Beefs don't, but beasts do, for certain values of beast. Hope it wasn't
Ron Perlman--Linda Hamilton might get upset about that one and send
Ahnold around. Or Selma Blair might drop in and torch the place. Or it
could be Who beast in which case the Grinch might show up. And I have
not yet begun to drink . . .
