I pan seared some eye fillet/tenderloin steak for the SO's dinner, which she
had with some salad. The left over pieces of steak were thinly sliced, and
they went into her lunch box with a bag of crispy greens, some sliced
cucumber, truss tomato, some cheese with black pepper through it
(pecorino??), some capsicum, and then I added a small amount of my signature
salad dressing, put into a sandwich baggie and twisted up and tied.
