I made the casserole and the curries yesterday, and I had about 1kg of the
diced beef leftover, so I asked the SO what particular dish she wanted me
to use it with.

Here I was thinking a nice hot Vindaloo or such...... but no, she wants a
chunky beef and mushroom family sized pie!!

So, having just been down the shops to get some sour cream for the pastry,
I'm about to start making pie(s).

She also said, "while you're making the meat pie, can you do an apple pie
as well??!!"

Luckily I'm so versatile ;-)
