    Default CANNELLONI IN BELL PEPPERS SAUCE

    They are filled with broccoletti calabresi, ricotta and feta cheese.

    Yum, cannelloni is one of the first recipes I ever reproduced. We had
    eaten some at a little restaurant in San Remo, Italy, while waiting
    for our trip to resume - it had a spinach filling and a white cheese
    sauce. Very delicious. (I also remember having the waiter try to
    explain a "cover" charge - he kept lifting the corner of the white
    tablecloth to demonstrate. We finally understood what he was
    explaining. LOL.)

    Ohhh! You went in san Remo! Beautiful country! I love too cannelloni
    with spinach. I put bechamel sauce over them. but sometimes I cover
    them with a simply tomatoe sauce! You remember me I have to do it
    again!
