No. I'm not sure about the custard but cream does not freeze well.

Years ago I had a cousin who worked in a dairy and he used to with
several quarts of whipping cream at a time. Mom used to whip it up and
then freeze dollops of it on a sheet of foil, freeze and then wrap them.
Later on she would take them out of the freezer and thaw them out. It
worked. I am not sure about doing it with dishes. They would likely get
soggy.

I don't see why not, whipped cream freezes very well, just can't
rewhip, sweeten, or flavor it later. Italian bakeries freeze both
custard and whipped cream filled pastries all the time. I'm not sure
about the egg free Birds powder but it should be easy to find out by
trying a small amount.

No. When you freeze custard the water in it turns into big ice
crystals and when it thaws out again you have a hideous seperated
mess... (never let your custard get too cold!)

I'm assuming the OP was referring to something like a pie, trifle, or other
prepared dessert, in which case you are correct. But it's quite possible to
freeze custard itself in an ice cream machine. In fact, it's yummy.
