Pandora,
While the recipe in English sounds good, you could brighten up your
photos with a flash, imho.
Also, maybe you could modify your blog with icons (national flags) so
readers can click on the language of choice.
Thoughts from a secret admirer.

Andyyy! here in Italy we say that: "Not all the doughnut come out with
hole"
I Am sorry if some pics are not so beautiful , but is becouse
when someone is cooking, is in a hurry to take pics
))))
I have not the option of flags on my blog. And then google
translations aren't good for recipes. I have tried to translate
english recipes in Italian with google and I didn't understand
nothing. So I go on with my vocabulary and my very humble English. If
you don't understand something, tell me and I will help you.
Cheers

Don't bother with criticism from andy. Your blog is very nice and
andy is not. He still reposts pictures with glue mixed with the
condiments.

Oh thank you for these encouraging words. I know Andy since many years
(perhaps about 6 or 7) and he never have criticized a word of what I
said. Now is the first time. Perhaps he had the black moon, as we say
in Italy
DDDDD I don't worry. Critcs are positive if they are
gently expressed

Pandora,
I made it onto Lou's **** list many years ago. For what reason? I don't
even care. She's just one angry bitch with a less than silver tongue.
My suggestions were not criticisms, merely suggestions
