I used the tips I'd read here to make
    an awesome CornedBeef&Cabbage.

Rinsed the beef well, put it in the crockpot
covered with water, cook overnight on <LO>.

In the morning, put the beef in the fridge.

Strained the liquid, added potatos, carrots,
one lonely stalk of celery, Cook, cook, cook

An hour before serving, added the cabbage.

The cold corned beef sliced PERFECTLY.
Added it about 15 mins. before serving.

As Curley might say; "Poifect! "

Sounds good. Did you have enough leftover to make corned beef hash? I
was hoping we would but we ate it all. :-P
