Rummaged around in the fridge after the SO left to go shopping, and had an
ice-cold, super sweet white nectarine with a handful of seedless grapes.....
and then decided to have two slices of our homemade grain bread, toasted,
with two free range eggs, sunny side up, with a smear of Beerenberg Coopers
Ale BBQ sauce under, and 1/2 a cold roma tomato sliced on the side.

That should do me till dinner tonight!!
