I believe Trader Joe's has a mango sausage.
And someone has mentioned Aidell's before.
I haven't tried theirs yet. I took a look at
the price and decided to wait until I hit the
lottery. I have had TJ's (at least I'm pretty
sure it was mango) and it's very nice.

I was the one who mentioned Aidell's (a long time ago). That's the mango
sausage I buy. To find a local store which carries it, go to
www.aidells.com/sausages/where/; their sausages are sold nearly nationwide.
If you live in Louisiana, Nebraska, or either of the Dakotas, you'll have to
go out-of-state to find it. Sorry.
(Weird. On that map, Missouri and Kansas don't fit together.)
