Breakfast to go
This morning I had to use up some stuff in the fridge so I made some
biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese cups. Swiss cheese, chopped bacon cooked
crisp, 5 eggs, a couple of splashes of half and half. The biscuits are the
refrigerator roll type but I'd bet these would be better with puff pastry.
I used my Pampered Chef flower shaped muffin pan for most of them. I'm
going to freeze the rest for quick breakfasts.

How cool is that? :-)
Been working all day on #21 of beef garlic basil sausage. The increase
in Garlic and Basil worked and the second #10 is on the smoker. We've
gotten to sample some of the first #11 and it worked a treat. Not the
least bit dry this time.
Pics to follow when it chills enough to take photos of the finale...
The #5 of liverwurst was better than anticipated. I still need to steam
that, but I won't take pics of it until I serve it. Probably on some
lettuce wraps.

Those look great! Do they freeze well? How would you reheat them?

I'll find out. I've never made them before. I froze them on a cookie sheet,
and when I bagged all of the individual cups, I kept 2 out and let thaw.
Then I just nuked them for about 40 seconds to heat through. They didn't
get soft and were heated enough to eat. Just as good as when freshly made.
I guess the best way would be to reheat them in the oven again.

Looks and sounds like little covered personal quiches.
I'd probably mist them with water and convection bake them for a couple
minutes.
I'd like six to go, please?
