Breakfast glop!
Breakfast glop!
It began with a strawberry/banana yogurt (oops at the market) with
crumbled honey graham crackers Actually a nice fruit combo. I'll buy it
again.
The simplest tuna salad sandwiches. Solid white albacore, 1/2 tsp dijon
mustard, 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper, mixed up with real mayo to a
super glop consistency Single side toasted two English muffin bottoms.
Put Monterey jack cheese on the bottoms and put under the broiler to
melt, single side toasting the tops at the same time. A large spoon of
the tuna salad over the melted cheese, covered with iceberg lettuce
leaves, topped and gobbled up.
I spooned any ooze back on the sandwich to be dealt with harshly on the
next bite.
Hardly needed washing down by a tall glass of ice-cold OJ.
There's plenty left for a lunch repeat.
You?

A while ago, I was on a soft diet for a week or two. I found that
flavored yoghurt + a banana + 1/2 cup All-Bran blended together made a
quite acceptable breakfast. Still, I happen to like the taste of
All-Bran but perhaps other cereals might work.
