Breakfast was...
Breakfast was...
Fake (Eggbeaters) eggs divided into two hotdog buns with strips of sharp
cheddar cheese and two strips of bacon.
I can already feel the gout.
Was it worth it? Yep. OH and a strawberry
yogurt.
You?

Nibbls of a new recipe I'm testing.... smelled fabulous! Tastes good, but

I have a dr's appt this morning, so, even though I'm not having
blood tests today, and one day or meal does not produce radically
altered results, I was good and ate a healthful high-fiber cereal.
And cafe au lait, of course.

OJ, a poached egg on oat bread toast, second slice of toast with
homemade apricot jam. Double shot of espresso with sugar and half-and-half.
