Sure, I can do that.

Left-over steamed new potatoes, sliced and pan fried in bacon fat. Two eggs
over, with a splash of Frank's Hot Sauce. Slab (about 4 ounces) of ham
steak. Six ounce can of Big Tex Grapefruit Juice. Coffee, of course.
