    BLUEBERRY SLUSHY

    INGREDIENTS:
    2 cups frozen blueberries
    1 banana, peeled and sliced
    1 TBS. vanilla extract
    3 TBS. protein powder*
1 cup milk (or lowfat milk)
    2 tsp. honey
    ice cubes, fill blender

    METHOD:
In a blender, thoroughly combine blueberries, banana, protein powder, milk
and honey; pulse blender to assist with this. Add in ice and finish blending
until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.

    * We use Tiger's MilkŪ but any whey protein will work.

That's also a good way to use up old jam and jelly remnants (use in
place of the honey.) Or if you are making fresh jelly, use the foam
    that you skim off.

I'd use some other fruit (if you must), the banana will over power the
blueberries... with the banana it will be a banana slushy.
