He was annoyed at a casual discussion on using liquid smoke on the
a.f.b. ;-) I rarely ever use it and never for smoking, but I don't own
a gas grill and have literally a ton of free firewood to run my offset
smoker. I only ever use liquid smoke in small amounts when cooking in
the table top roaster.
The two bottles I bought are very small and will probably last me the
rest of my life...
