Default Arm and Hammer: Try for free

I bought a bag of Arm and Hammer washing sachets and sent for their
refund as promised on the package. I am told (truly, I see ) that the
receipt does not have a date and they won't send the refund. The sachets
are convenient and seem to work reasonably well but do they expect me to
continue buying with this sort of nitpicking? The things are not
    outstandingly cheap any way.

The refund is no doubt handled by 3rd party and they don't care if you
buy them or not. If your paperwork didn't fit the requirements the
monkey don't send the refund. I probably wouldn't buy them regardless.
Just what is a washing sachet anyway? For underarm, car, dishwasher??
When they named it sachet you can bet your dupa the price kicked up a
    notch or two.

OK -- yep the little individual packages of everything -- more cost in
the package than in the product.

    Are these for HE machines?

I don't have an HE machine but the package claims they be used with them.

At least you heard from them, that's a good sign. I don't bother with
refunds anymore because I've never actually gotten one after I've sent
in the paperwork. It all disappears into the void.
