You mewl out empty threat after empty threat, and nothing comes of it. Your
impotence is hilarious.

Realize this Bob, you broke the law when you accused me of ****ing
kids. I'm sure the AG will send my complaint to the appropriate
agency, and if you think I'm not going to send it you're badly
mistaken. They will open an investigation after reading your posts,
that you can bet on.
You are now killfiled.

*yawn* We have free speech in *this* country, Padre.

Where can I place that bet? I could pay off my house!

Well it's about ****ing time! (Oh... given your rather exotic interests,
maybe "****ing" isn't the best word to use.. .might give you ideas...)
I doubt that you REALLY have me killfiled. You read my writings too avidly
to give it up that easily. (Of course, that's not your WORST habit, is it?)

Not killfiled as yet so I will reply to this. You Bob need to actually
read what your constitution says about your right to free speech. It
doesn't cover you for the eighteen posts I have of yours.

So when you wrote, "You are now killfiled," you were lying. Right, Chester?

I have nothing to fear, Kinko. Do your worst, and I will continue to laugh
at your impotence.

Since you are sure nothing will come of it, tell him to which state AG to
send the complaint.

If he can prove it is libel, then you would have a problem.
I'm not on either side as I have no idea where the claim comes from.
But if it is a false claim, the amount of times you have stated it
would be far more than just a joke. People searching the internet
would be able to find it and there could be a good case for libel.
It's not something I would joke about or use as an insult in an
archived list unless I knew I could prove it.

Libel happens to be against the law.
Even on usenet...
You, Mr. Terwillinger, are in deep **** my dear. ;-)

I imagine that one person posting under a pen name making
comments about another person who doesn't post their name
either would not have much to worry about. What do I know.

You are completely ignorant of what the term "libel" means, aren't you? Just
add that to the list of things about which you are ignorant: stalker,
Tex-Mex, cooking, life...

Don't sing it -- BRING IT!
But you can't, and you know it. This is just more bluster, with nothing to
back it up.

Sure, but what I've done doesn't meet the legal definition of libel. If you
weren't so ignorant, you'd know that.

Blah, blah, blah... Bull****. You are simply full of it.

Throw away your entire life savings in a legal crusade against me, if you
feel so devout about it. It would just show you to be more of a fool than
you've already shown.
As I said before, I have nothing to fear. I *do* have something to laugh
about, though!
