Default antique shop find

So thrilled to find a hardcover version of one of my fave but
spattered and tattered paperback cookbooks for only five dollars --
Marion Burros' "Keep It Simple" - 30 minute meals. I have been busy
transcribing my notes to the new copy. I am vowing to try more of
these meals. I like the format to the book - shopping list, game
plan, then recipes. She also lists the staples needed in a separate
section. Some of these meals have become part of my kitchen
repertoire.

It pays to poke in them antique malls, if ya have the taaahm.

I have that book, I think.

Which meals are your favorites?

Watch for my private eml.

She offers a lot of unusual starch sides other than the usual mashed
potatoes. Worth a re-look.
