Default Another wonderful looking curry recipe...

I'd leave out the chili peppers as I no longer get along with capsicum,
but other than that, this sounds amazing. I've been experimenting with
more Indian spices lately and liking it. :-) Some of them are good fused
into my usual standby's, making them more interesting such as adding a
small amount of Fenugreek to last weeks Italian dressing along with a
    pinch of MSG.

Those added a whole new layer of flavor to it that worked very well.

    Anyway, this recipe looks fantastic:

    It's in PDF format.

The top choice is Not Found, but I saw the bottom one. What is sour
    buttermilk or sour yogurt?

Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.

I believe that it's just plain buttermilk or yogurt. Both are fermented
("soured") products. Sanjay's grasp on English is not so good. <g> But
    he does ok!

And I don't speak Indian so it's all good. ;-)
