Another "Trash Day" Breakfast!
Another "Trash Day" Breakfast!
A bit like yesterday.
A toasted onion bagel with deli roast turkey, American cheese'd
and triple bacon'd and generously coated by sweeps of Hellman's
mayo.
Not your quite your bread & butter affair!
Be that as it may, to anyone who cares, delicious! As usual.
Sorry I'm later than usual. I had a few women on my hands.

You're a lightning rod, that's for sure.

No breakfast for me yet but will have toast. Must call the plumber again
when they open. Got this water heater on New Year's Eve, I think 2009 and
once again it won't stay lit. Grrr...

We have onion in common for breakfast and, to some degree trash. I had a
bit of left over cream cheese onion spread to use up; I fried a couple of
strips of bacon and crumbled them on the the last of the spread as filling
for an EggBeaters omelet. Half a banana in a cup of Uncle Sam cereal, with
a splash of milk completed the meal. As always, coffee was used to make me
alert before, during and after igniting the stove's burner.

Tastebuds, Brian, tastebuds. You have to consider their needs sometimes too.
If you piss them off too much, they will go on strike and then you are
screwed, tastewise.

Just messing with you here, Bryan but I've always wondered about the "Bobo
Bonobo" music name you used. What's up with that?
And if I remember
right, didn't the other band members also have bobo or bonobo fake names?
You never explained that to me.
That said - Bryan did email me a couple of songs that they did once. The
music ruled!

Well, our lyrics were patently offensive, and we just thought it
seemed proper to have stage names, not that anyone couldn't easily
find out our real ones.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bonobo
Bobo just sounded like a good chimp name, and it was also the
grandmother name for my paternal grandmother who would not have in any
way approved of the band. There were also Loco (keys and woodwinds),
Jojo (lead guitar and keys), Mofo (drums) and Robo (viola).

Thank you for saying so. I'll send you the whole album if you'd
like. Just email me.

Re: Another "Trash Day" Breakfast!
A delicious local butcher made Bratwurst. Back on low carb after a wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach, but the scale hates me. I sure hope lots of that gain is water from eating in restaurants all week. I fear half of it isn't. But I made my own food choices and will live with them, they were all delicious!!

Nan,
Myrtle Beach and a few pounds sounds better than a sea cruise,
all you can over eat and drink, casino gambling and hitting golf
balls overboard!
Best,
Andy
