My local Colonial Butcher's market closed years ago. Dammit!!!
Can you say "devastated?"
Then my next found butcher closed last year. My buffalo supplier.
"Devastated" again!
Got a .45acp bullet with my name on it.
But I need to eat and found a new supply of buffalo. So I'll die of fat,
instead.

I thought buffalo meat was quite lean, but then I've never actually cooked
or eaten it. Don't even know if I'd like it.
