hey everybody i would love if you could post some of your weight loss tips down below to help people get over that one spot on the scale where you cant lose enough weight to pass it. For an example for that i am stuck at 119 and need some help and tips that will help me past it.

P.S. one weight loss tip people rarely know is that when you get up in the morning you have no carbs so if you do sittups jog or whatever you burn fat!!!!! isnt that great!!!!
