Me too. I can't post there and I don't know how to do that, but nobody is willing to explain it.
I think if nobody is going to explain how to post in the populated areas, then you're going to lose lots of new members, unless new members is what you don't want.
I know what newsgroups are I just can't believe they're still in use today. It's basically a chatroom using email instead of a website. Imagine sending a message to 5 people and every time someone responds they click "Reply to All." The topic is then perpetuated through their email inbox. There must be a server script that allows this forum to post all the responses and topics but we, as users on the site and not part of the emailing, can't reply or post new threads.
It's a very old technology. It came before forums and chatrooms and I can't believe people still use it.
