male / female , whoever known cooking they will be a good cooker
Hi folks ! All I know is that no dearly departed mother and grandmother could both cook better than I ever could. Both were full blooded Greek and although I have most of their recipes from the "old country", I have never matched their Greek dishes perfectly. Close....but not the same. Other than that, I seem to be able to cook better than most of the women I've dated or married. ( or they just told me that so they could get out of the kitchen !) I DO think, as a general rule, we men season our food a little more and take more chances.

This is not the fact that only women can do best cooking rather than the men, there are also lots of men and women who don't know how to cook and many of men do best cooking than women.

To be honest it depends on the person - no particular sex is better at anything really.
