Shrimp Kabobs

Great Summer Grilling Recipe

1 lb. fresh or frozen med. - lg. shrimp in shells

1 small red pepper cut into 16 pieces

1/4 of chunk pineapple

4 green onions cut into pieces

1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Preheat broiler or start grill. Peel & devein shrimp if needed, leave tails on. Rince shrimp pat dry. On eight metal skewers alternately thread shrimp, pepper, pineapple and green onion. leaving 1/4 in between pieces. Place skewers on greased unheated rack of broiler pan or place on grill. Broil or grill 8-10 min. until shrimp is opaque, turning skewers and brushing each side with BBQ sauce.

Per Serving: 134 calories, 2 gr total fat, 10 gr carbo
