Marinated Flank Steak

2 tbsp. rice vinegar

1½ tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

½ tsp. fresh, finely minced ginger root

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp. chili flakes

½ tsp. thyme

¼ tsp. fresh, finely chopped rosemary

¼ tsp. sesame oil

½ tsp. pepper

1¼ lbs. of flank or loin steak
Preparation:
Total Calories: 256
Protein: 51 g (204 cal)
Carbs: 4 g (16 cal)
Fat: 4 g (36 cal)
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients of the marinade in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Coat steak with marinade and let sit for a period ranging from 2 hours
to overnight.
3. Preheat grill.
