2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 egg white (lightly beaten with a wire whisk)

¼ tsp. allspice

¼ tsp. ground pepper

½ tsp. cayenne

½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation:
Total Calories: 351
Protein: 61 g (244 cal)
Carbs: 2 g (8 cal)
Fat: 1 g (99 cal)
Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken with cold water prior to preparation.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Coat chicken breasts with egg white.
4. Sprinkle egg white and chicken mixture with allspice, pepper, cayenne, and red pepper flakes.
5. Coat chicken with slivered almonds.
6. Line baking dish with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
7. Add chicken to baking dish and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until it is no
longer pink.
