i am a writer and consultant in san diego and also a competitive cyclist and a competitive skier (total amateur) and learned long ago if I want a good meal after a fifty mile ride, I need to do it myself. I find that most cyclists are serious foodies. When I was writing my book 'Open Your Hear with Bicycling...' I discovered just how serious cyclists (and skiers) take food, so the book became half about cycling and half about food. Looking forward to getting some good recipes here.
