Thread: New member from Oregon!

I'm excited to be joining this cooking forum. I've been cooking since I was a kid and I love cooking in all its various forms. I love living in Oregon as we get so much fresh, local produce in the summer. I specialize in quick, healthy meals. I also enjoy cooking with wild mushrooms. I enjoy helping new people with learning to cook and I'm happy to answer questions.
