Just Saying Hello,
Hello Everyone,
I recently discovered that I love to cook, having no experience of cooking for myself - we had a cook at home - I decided to join the forum. I'm sure many if not everyone here is for more advanced than I. My repertoire is quite basic but I'm eager to learn, I have a particular interest in haute cuisine and "ethnic" European foods. Obviously I'm looking to experience new foods as well.
I'm not sure if I should ask this here but I'm very "bookish". I know there are plenty of sites online for recipes but I would be much happier to build a collection of cooker and recipe books. Could you recommend something suitable for a novice? I look forward to meeting and learning from you all.
