names Phil, been cooking for years and now run a gluten free catering company with my lady in Oxfordshire. both the boys are diabetic and my eldest boy is also a coeliac! i have been wheat free for 8 years but do like a spelt pizza from time to time! not a gluten problem for me just wheat. food junkie sums me up well looking forward to having a look round, see ya around!
