I'm new here and I've just joined a few minutes ago.

I like to cook and I also like to try different and exciting recipes.

I'm a fan of Aaron McCargo Jr. (his pic appears in my avatar), winner of this season's Next Food Network Star. I followed his prgress in the contest closely, wanted him to win and he did!

My screen name is the same title as his new show. You can call me either BDH, BD or Big Daddy for short. I like that.
