Default Storing Fresh Cilantro

To store a bunch of fresh cilantro, snip off the ends of the stems and discard any withered leaves. Rinse the bunch under cold water and shake off as much water as possible. Place the stems in a glass wit habout 2 inches of water. cover the leaves loosely with a plastic bag and refrigerate.
