Eat Fresh & Good Food always.
Drink Plenty of water in a day.
Doing Running & Swimming once in day.
Its good to do struggle to look smart and beautiful, In this regard, I take plenty of water on daily basis, Include salads in the Lunch, take fresh juices, fruits and do exercise on daily basis. If anyone wants to be slim in some days,he should use some weight loss supplements..
