What should I eat to lose weight?
When I finally decided it was time to lose some extra weight and get back in shape, I didn't know where to begin or exactly what I should be eating. There are so many fad diets available and I did get sidetracked on the low-carb diet, only to quickly discover that it wasn't for me.
Eat more fresh food! Choose fresh, nutrient-rich, healthy, low-fat foods rather than junk food. Junk food can range from burgers to those cookies that you always bought! Adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet will help you, they keep you feeling full for longer than processed food so you won't even feel the need to eat loads. Also, drinking bouillon, a Haitian soup, made with filtered water will help you feel full.
And Exercise every day!

I found that replacing the carbs in your diet with protein will really help. It will help avoid the insulin spikes and resulting lethargic feeling. Also, don't go totally low fat because fat helps turn off your hunger reflex. Try eating healthy fats (omega 3's instead of omega 6 fats.)
Always take a glass of water along with 1 lemon's juice and a tbsp of honey before walking out that should be at least for 30 min. early in the morning. Walk as fast as you can.
Break your meals in 5 small meals including snacks and increase your water intake.
List of food to lose weight, do add them in your diet meals.
Green tea, grapefruit. apples, lettuce, avocado, broccoli, oatmeal, dried apricots, cabbage, spinach, brown rice and fat free dairy products.
After reading your legend i would add that overweight is very common but people are reluctant to discuss about it that is why they are getting fat day by day and major reason of overweight is due to more emphasize on fast foods. So i believe that people need to take care in their diet. For instance, Fruits and vegetables are perfect for our health and body. Moreover, exercise is also good for this purpose but exercise does nothing if you aren’t following good diet plan. So I think losing weight is quite possible with proper diet and exercise too.

Hey friends!!!Breakfast have
own importance in our life so we should be eat the healthier breakfast in the morning.
But if you want to keep more good and healthier fitness and weight loss then you
should be eat vegetarian foods and fruits for the weight loss.I like these thing for
weight loss like,green tea, grapefruit. apples, lettuce, avocado, broccoli...

First avoid all kind of junk/fast food and try to eats healthy fresh food like vegetables,beans,fruit etc.It'll help you to manage your healthy fresh diet and control your calories to increase.Drinks more and more water which also useful to burn our body fat.It'll be great if you do some physical games with that like swimming,running,yoga,gym etc which burns our fat more quickly.

Start having raw food, green vegetables, salads as much as you can !!
