Well there are several methods to lose weight but i think the best are given below
Always give up Junk food that increase cholesterol level
You need to take drink fruits juices and water
Get some exercises would be an added advantage to lose weight

1. Drinking more than 8 glass of water in a day
2. Early morning walk is good for loosing weight
3. Taking exercise for more than half an hour is effective like (Running, Stretching and jogging)
4. Eat balance diet and avoid eating heavy foods like junk food, fast food
5. Use more fruits in diet and drink shakes
6. Drink fresh juices like grape fruit and orange
7. Minimize the amount of other foods and focus more on fruits

2. Eat natural food like fruits and vegetables.
3. Drink lot of water in a day.
4. Fresh fruit juice is also good for weight lose.
5. Running is best exercise for weight lose.
I think it depends on where you are now as far as what your diet needs to be. If you're actually overweight then you just need to make some simple changes (less refined carbs, smaller portions in general, etc.) to get to a normal and healthy weight, but if you're trying to get slim and tone then you need to avoid carbs (with the occasional cheat meal--otherwise you'll pig out when it's in front of you), eat frequent small meals, and hit the gym hard.
Some tips might be helpful for you in losing your weight.
Break meal in 5 small meals including snacks,
Drink 2 glass of water before every meal,
Prefer raw food over processed food,
Avoid beverages, soda and diet soda,
Drink green tea twice in a day,
Eat slowly and chew food well,
Avoid alcohol and fast food,
Do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity.
Reduce weight must be reasonable collocation your diet. Then timely doing some exercise.

I think eat less food but can have more times after limited time

I think weight loss is not so much difficult. For weight loss running is the best exercise.Try to do it 25 to 30 minutes on daily basis. You can play your favourite sports.There are also other ways to reduce wait like swimming,dancing,Yoga etc.These all are the best way to reduce weight.
Doing exercises is not just enough you lose weight. You even need to have a balanced low carb diet if you really want to lose weight.
