    I have lost 10 kg bodyweight within 6 weeks through aerobic workouts and fresh vegetables diet foods.
    I mostly take green tea, grape fruit fruit juice, and vegetables broth for my fat loss.
    I think it is good results for me to lose 10 kg in 15 days, I will carry my these losing bodyweight initiatives to get my ideal bodyweight.

    Well if you want to loose weight to much better and safer, is to exercise. You should start
    these exercises, that you like swimming, yoga.So drink six to eight glass of water every day
    do regular exercise, avoid all junk and fast foods.

    Always take proper and healthy diet to reduce weight,
    take plenty of water
    do exercise on daily basis
    Use some diet supplements and pills
    Make routine to do morning walk.

    Loosing weight is not a one day process we need to be patience and reduce our diet according to our health conditions then only can live healthy after loosing our weight, other wise some side effects will lead our body.
