I have lost 10 kg bodyweight within 6 weeks through aerobic workouts and fresh vegetables diet foods.

Loosing weight is not a one day process we need to be patience and reduce our diet according to our health conditions then only can live healthy after loosing our weight, other wise some side effects will lead our body.
