Vitamin D vegetable sources
Hello. I know we can get Vitamin D from eggs, fishes, milk products, and fish oil!!! but my friend is a vegan. So please advise some vegetable source of vitamin D!

Fish, cod liver oil, milk, and eggs are great source of vitamin D. Vitamin D is great for health and some benefits of vitamin D are:
Vitamin D makes bones and immune system strong,
Vitamin D is great for bones and teeth,
Vitamin D prevents from osteomalacia,
Vitamin D provides calcium balance in the body,
Vitamin D maintains blood level normal,
Vitamin D regulates blood pressure,
Vitamin D reduces stress and tension,
Vitamin D prevent the loss of amino acids through the kidneys.

Normally, our body takes in Vitamin D in the form of sun-synthesis through the skin.

Well friends!!!I am here to this thread and read out posts about the vitamin D.According to
me that vitamin D has own importance for the fitness and skin care.If you want get vitamin
D then you should be eating vegetarian foods and fruits like,..mango,apple, co cumber and
carrots...
