    Hi Guys...

    what is the benefit of Vegetables if we take in our Diet plan . Your ideas would be like an asset . I hope that you people would share with me . Thanks

    The Vegetables, Eat as much you can, boil or unboiled these have no any bad effect but these are good for health, So be satisfied that Vegetables are good for you.

    I am agree with you but still we need to eat some meat with our vegetables . For getting more proteins and for more mass ... if i had to cook something in vegetables then i will must add some meat in ...

    Fruits and Vegetables as Snacks
    After school snacks or nighttime snacks often mean bags of greasy chips, bowls of ice cream or bottles of sugary sodas. Those snacks are high in calories and low in nutrition. Here are some great snack ideas instead:

    Freshly cut vegetables are absolutely delicious with your favorite dip. Eat them at snack time instead of potato chips or tortilla chips. Choose low-fat ranch, dill or French onion dip or make your own low fat spinach dip.
    Drink juice instead of soda. Mix your favorite 100 percent fruit juices with club soda if you miss the fizz.
    Make a delicious parfait instead of scooping up high calorie ice cream. Layer fresh or frozen berries with vanilla yogurt and nuts or granola.
    Eat a chocolate-covered strawberry instead of a candy bar. Choose dark chocolate for the extra antioxidants.
    Instead of milk and cookies, have a small bowl of whole grain cereal with sliced fruit or raisins and low-fat milk.
    Keep seedless grapes in the freezer instead of popsicles and ice cream bars.

    Vegetables provide us with nutrition, fibre and all needed minerals that are body requires, you should include them in your diet plan

    fresh Green vegetables are always advised for better digestive system.Any vegetable which has detoxifying effect on your body will surely burn some fat in your body. Especially vegetables which are taken in raw state are good for fat burning as they make your appetite vanish but digest quickly to make room for the fats to burn to fulfill calorie needs for your body.

    I used Pure Vegan B12 spray.There is also a cheaper version that does not advertise vegan but says so on the label called Pure Advantage B12. The ingredients are identical.

    Hi All,
    Vegetables are great for health and prevent from certain types of cancer, diabetes, asthma, coughs, common colds and flu. Vegetables lowers high blood pressure and strengthens the bones.

    diet are not easy because most of the person does not bear hunger but you can do it easy but eating raw vegetable and vegetables soup after one hours. vegetable fulfill your body need for daily working activities. also use fruits and water of 4 to 7 glasses.

    Eating vegetable is good specially the green vegetable. Veg people could not eat meat but non-veg eat both vegetable and meat. That's why vegetable is more important.

    Really nice talking about vegetables in diet, and also really nice above comments, guys, i also have some proper information about about it, which i want to share with you, The Vegetables, Eat as much you can, steam or un-boiled these have no any bad impact but these are excellent for wellness, So be pleased that Vegetables are excellent for you....
